The BGSG MUN (Bangladeshi Graduate Students' Group) is dedicated to the Bangladeshi graduate students, alumni, and their family members at the Memorial University of Newfoundland. Our primary mission and goals are to stimulate cooperation and friendship among the Bangladeshi graduate students and promote our Bangladeshi culture within and beyond our community. (a) Currently enrolled in a graduate program
(b) Recently accepted for a graduate program and got the visa
(c) Completed a graduate degree
(d) Family members of the above categories

We are an inclusive group for all graduate students in any program at The Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland. We were founded to create a sense of community for students at the Marine Institute as well as expand the academic and work network of graduate students through bi-weekly seminars, weekly newsletters, and networking events.

Dear Club/Society Leader,
Sequel to the decision of the October AGM, all RECOGNISED clubs/Societies were ratified. GSU is, therefore, updating the list of RECOGNISED clubs/Societies and has reached out to you to fill out the form that allows you to show your recognized Status.
For those who have yet to send us this information, we urge you to do that as soon as you can, as we will consider the enlisted club in future communication.
If you have formed a club or society, you can apply for recognition each year for your club with the GSU. For ratification and recognition, please see Articles 10 to 10.7 in our constitution, available here.
