Aldrich Conference 2010: Call for Papers

Please note that the deadline for abstracts has been extended to March 1st, 2010.

The Graduate Students’ Union (GSU) at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) is pleased to invite intellectuals and researchers from across campus to attend the 2010 Aldrich Interdisciplinary Conference which will be held on March 27th - 28th, 2010. This conference makes connections within the academic circle and provides information about the research that is currently being carried out at MUN. This conference also provides an excellent opportunity for student-researchers to gain invaluable experience in presenting in a semi-formal setting.

The GSU will be accepting abstracts for presentations or posters from all disciplines until March 1st, 2010.  Abstracts should be no more than 250 words, and speak to the main themes in the research you will be presenting.  Presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes.  Please forward your abstracts to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Although by no means required, when submitting your abstract, we would appreciate if you included the name of your supervisor, as the Aldrich Organizing Committee may approach them to potentially chair a session.
