Graduate Students’ Union (GSU) at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) is pleased to invite intellectuals and researchers from across campus to attend the Aldrich Interdisciplinary Conference 2009. This conference makes connections within the academic circle and provides information about the multidisciplinary research that is currently being carried out at MUN. This conference also provides an excellent opportunity for the student-researchers to gain valuable experience in presenting in a semi-formal setting. This year, a record number of 117 abstracts from 35 research fields have been received for presentation. For the first time since inception of the Aldrich Conference, a poster session has been arranged in addition to the traditional oral presentations. The conference this year has turned into a center of academic excellence at MUN. The organizing committee would like to thank the presenters, GSU members, Bitters staff and other University communities for their support in successfully organizing this conference. We look forward to seeing you there. Any questions? Suggestions?
