GSU Elections: Nomination period extended to Friday

Hello fellow graduate students,

Due to the GSU office closure and St. Patrick's day celebrations mid-week the nomination period for the upcoming GSU election has been extended until 4pm this Friday (March 19).

Let's not let the hard work of the 2009/2010 GSU executive go to waste, let's keep the momentum going and continue to be a dominant presence at Memorial University.

If you're highly motivated and concerned with the state of graduate studies and graduate student life at Memorial I strongly encourage you to run for a position.

If you're on the fence about whether to run or not, or want more information on the positions available please contact me.  I'll also be attending Bitters St. Patrick's Day happy hour between 4-6pm tomorrow so be sure to stop by, I'm more than willing to discuss matters of the GSU over a few green beverages.
