Job Posting

Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Hours per week: Approximately 5.
Rate of pay: $21.14/hour

The Graduate Students’ Union (GSU) Human Resources Coordinator
positions main duties and responsibilities are:

-        To ensure that fair and equitable hiring practices are
followed for all hiring done by the GSU
-         To act a liaison between GSU employees and their supervisor,
and when necessary act a mediating body in disputes and/or conflicts
-        To continually update the GSU’s employment manual as required
-        To attend meetings of the GSU’s Employment Relations
Committee as a non-voting member
-        To aid in conducting employee reviews with the outlined
review committees in the Employment Manual
-        To communicate the findings of these reviews to the employees
in question

Bitter's Special - Euro 2012

Fellow Graduate Students,

Come on out to Bitters this Wed, June 27 and Thurs, June 28 at 4:00 pm for the Euro Cup Semi-Finals. And then Come out on Sunday, July 1st at 4:00 pm for the Finals Match and cheer on your favourite team or root against your enemy.
